Services

We change people’s lives for the better

For more than three decades, we have helped people to enjoy greater independence and achieve personal goals. We are one of the leading organisations in home care, providing specialised Supported Living services for people with learning disabilities, autism, physical and sensory impairments, and mental health issues. With our support, individuals can often continue to live in their own homes, whether as tenants alone or sharing with family or friends.

We are expanding our list of residential care homes and supported living provision for adults who are supported by our progressive and innovative Care Programmes and Skills Development Centres. We want to change lives for the better and we do that by providing care with understanding, patience and in a sympathetic way that preserves the dignity of our clients.

To give families and carers a break, we offer a range of flexible short breaks and respite options. A few days’ away gives families and carers the chance to relax and put their feet up, knowing that the person they love is being very well cared for by our staff.

Sometimes, transitional support is needed when young people are due to leave children’ care services and are about to enter the adult world of care. We work closely with the young people, their families and carers to provide the necessary support when leaving home or a residential college.

Other ways that Care Expertise helps people with reduced abilities to care for themselves is through our 24-hour domiciliary care services, which enable people to stay living in their own homes. Our services include physical assistance, domestic services, rehabilitation and social support for people in need as well as respite and support for carers.

We work hard to understand the lives and needs of all our clients in order to provide the best support and services possible. We believe that with appropriate level of support the quality of life can be changed for better, and our care expertise provides an unrivalled service and value for money.

Transitional Support

Transitional support is often needed when young people are due to leave children’s care services and are about to enter the adult world.
