    Training

    Care Expertise is committed to ensuring all staff receive the necessary training pertinent to their role and offers an above average number of training days each year. Training for staff includes QCF Level 5 Diploma in Social Care for Managers and all care staff work towards achieving NVQ’s Level 3 and above. In addition, all staff undertake various certifified trainings.

    Where appropriate, training is also given in a number of accredited, therapeutic interventions which include PROACT-SCIPr-UK® for managing challenging behaviour, TEACCH autism programmes, PECS and augmentative communication techniques.
